Set up your devices
Your username is always your full email address, for example you@yourdomain.com.
Webmail
Open mail.envoimail.us in any browser. Mail, calendar, contacts and files are all there. To add it to a phone's home screen, use the browser's Add to Home Screen or Install app option.

Outgoing mail needs authentication with the same username and password. If you have turned on two-factor sign-in, create an app password in webmail under Settings › Account security and use it in mail apps instead of your normal password.
iPhone, iPad and Mac
- On the device, open this setup profile. It sets up mail, calendar and contacts together.
- iPhone/iPad: open Settings, tap Profile Downloaded, then Install. Mac: open System Settings › Privacy & Security › Profiles and double-click the profile.
- Enter your email address and password when asked.
The profile contains only server names; it never contains your password.
Android
- Mail: in Gmail, Outlook or another mail app, add an Other (IMAP) account with the settings above.
- Calendar and contacts: Android does not include CalDAV/CardDAV support. Install
DAVx⁵, choose Login with URL and user name, and enter
https://mail.envoimail.us/with your email address and password.
Outlook
Add an account with your email address; Outlook finds the IMAP and SMTP settings automatically. If it asks, choose IMAP and use the settings above. Outlook for Windows cannot sync CalDAV calendars or CardDAV contacts without an add-on such as CalDav Synchronizer; webmail always has both.
Thunderbird
Add a mail account with your name, email address and password. Thunderbird finds the settings, and offers to add your calendar and address book when you finish.
